Interior Architecture
Bryant Palmer Soto’s experience in interior architecture has garnered numerous awards and professional recognitions. Our interiors group has designed the full range of project types and scales, from small medical offices or Mom and Pop retail stores, to full floor plates of corporate interiors for such clients as Arden Realty, Hughes Space & Communications, Boeing Satellite Division, Direct TV, Encino Hospital, Kaiser Permanente and Sunrider International.

Design Work
Our interior design work avoids fashion in favor of timelessness. We have found that a solid set of aesthetic principals, even applied, results in interiors projects that last the test of time and use, creating real value for developers and corporate clients.
When called upon to create environments that are “California Hip Contemporary” or less corporate, our design staff excels in selection of unique colorways, trendy yet proven materials and finishes and configurations that frequently result in project publication and awards.

For a variety of quick casual restaurant clients, as well as for high end women’s clothing chains and retail toy companies, the firm has designed prototype stores and complete roll-out programs, installing clients in locations across the state, and across the country.

BPS Conference Room
Our tenant improvement project experience for developers includes office floor plates, individual build-to-suit suite remodels, in-line retail stores, outlet malls, shopping centers and corporate and medical office park projects including interconnecting pathways between building, water features, exterior glass elevators and skylit elevator lobbies. The industries we serve include health care, corporate office, restaurant and hospitality, high end residential and retail specialties.

We frequently undertake small projects involving color and carpet selection only, and equally often our work includes design and specification as well as manufacturing oversight for specialized casework and soft furnishings including reception desks, lobby soft seating, specialized medical cabinets, museum display units and even marketing kiosks.

Our work has been featured in Architectural Digest and Interiors and Sources magazines.
